  • Can I Use the Reese Steadi-Flex # RP66560 with the Curt Shank # C17132 on My Ford F-350's 3" Hitch?
  • Yes, the Reese Steadi-Flex Weight Distribution System w/ Sway Control # RP66560 will work with the Curt Weight Distribution Shank # C17132 on your 2020 Ford F-350. However, in order to use the Curt shank, you will need a hitch reduced on your 3-inch hitch in order to fit the 2-1/2 shank into your receiver. For a reducer, I recommend the Curt Hitch Receiver Reducer Sleeves - 3" to 2-1/2" or 2" # C45408. The installation is easy to use and slides directly into your hitch or onto the Curt shank.

If you didn't need that long of a ladder, you could get the Surco Universal Exterior RV Ladder which is 84-1/2 inches Long # SP502L. I've included a review video of the Stromberg Ladder so check that out!

  • Will The Lippert SolidStep # LC791572 Fit A 24" Door Width
  • I went out to the warehouse and measured the SolidStep Manual Fold-Down RV Steps # LC791572 and found the mounting bracket to be 21" in width and the actual body of the steps to be approximately 22-5/8" in width so you should have no problem installing these steps in your 24" opening. You will most likely need to adjust the brackets that close up to the door threshold and hold it in the upright position. I've attached a short video below to help walk you through the installation process.
